Bharat Life Care is dedicated to providing the best possible service to its customers and offers a flexible Cancellation Policy. Orders can be cancelled only if the shipment has not yet been dispatched for purchases made through our website, https://bharatlifecare.com/ (“Website”). Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In cases where fraudulent activity or violations of the Website’s terms and conditions are suspected, Bharat Life Care reserves the right to cancel such orders at its sole discretion, with or without prior notification.

If your order or the product you wish to cancel has not yet been shipped, you can reach out to our customer support team by emailing info@bharatlifecare.com or calling us at +91 870-0676092 (available Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM).

Upon receiving your cancellation request, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order is canceled before shipment, the refund process will be initiated within 2–5 business days upon receiving your cancellation request.
 For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for payment within 2–5 business days from the date of receiving the returned product. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Bharat Life Care provides an easy return policy, allowing customers to raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product. If a defective product is delivered, you can initiate a return or exchange request within this 5-day window. Partial returns are also accepted, meaning you can return one or more items from your order. A full refund will be issued if the product is returned within 5 days of delivery and meets the return conditions.

  2. Provide Necessary Details: Share your order ID, along with your return, replacement, or refund request, Include an image of the product clearly displaying the batch number and the invoice for reference.
  3. Product Pickup and Processing: We will arrange for the pickup of the product within 4–7 business days of receiving your request. Refund or replacement will be initiated once the product is received in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Returns will not be processed under the following circumstances:
ï‚· If the product is returned without its original packaging, including price tags, outer packaging, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
ï‚· If the product’s serial number has been tampered with.
ï‚· If the composition of the product has been altered.
ï‚· If the return request is made more than 30 business days after the date of delivery.
ï‚· If the product being returned was provided as a free item by Bharat Life Care.

We partner with leading logistics providers in India to ensure that every order reaches you in optimal condition. Each shipment undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare instance that a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, you can request a replacement, return, or refund.

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or refund within 5 days of receiving the delivery:

o Share your order ID and clearly state your request for a return, replacement, or refund.

o Attach images or a video of the product and the invoice for our reference. Ensure that the product’s batch details are clearly visible in the visuals to help us process your request efficiently.

o If the product is leaking or damaged during transit, include images or a video showing the leakage/damage and the affected inner and outer packaging.
o If the product’s seal is tampered with, provide images highlighting the issue.
o If you’ve received the wrong product, include images clearly showing the incorrect item along with its batch details.

o We will arrange a pickup of the product within 4–7 days of receiving your request. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we receive the product in its original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

o Our Customer Service team will respond to your query within 3 business days of receiving all required details.
o If your claim is approved for an exchange, we will provide an authorization number and arrange a reverse pickup.
o If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your account within 2–5 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

ï‚· Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
ï‚· Please ensure you initiate your request within the stipulated time and provide all required details to expedite the process.

Yes, you can initiate a return if you’ve ordered multiple products. Returns, replacements, or refunds can be requested for individual items from your order. However, all returned products must be sent back with their original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact, along with any complimentary gifts or items that were included with the order.

For returns, replacements, or refunds, the process will be initiated within 2–5 days of receiving and verifying the returned products at our warehouse.
 For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the transaction within 2–5 business days after the returned items are received and verified. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
 For cash-on-delivery orders, a bank transfer will be initiated for the refund amount. The process will be completed within 2–5 business days after we receive the returned products and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2–3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.


Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
(a) If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
(b) In cases where:
ï‚· The customer refuses to accept the delivery.
ï‚· The customer is unavailable during the delivery attempts made by our logistics partner.
ï‚· The delivery address provided is incorrect or inaccessible.

For scenarios listed in (b), refunds will be processed once the product is returned to us by the logistics provider.
Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase:
 For orders paid via credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card within 8–9 days of receiving the returned product from the logistics provider. The refund will reflect in your next billing statement.
 For payments made through net banking, the refund will be transferred to the same bank account within 8–9 days of receiving the returned product from the logistics provider.
