How does it works?
Once your order is processed, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After successfully passing a final quality check, your products are carefully packed and handed over to our reliable logistics partner.
Our logistics partner will make every effort to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach you at the provided shipping address or during the preferred time slot, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all products in your order, including any complimentary gifts bundled with your purchase, will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time of placing the order, along with an invoice. While we aim to ship all items in your order together, there may be instances where this is not feasible.
How Are the Products Packaged?
Each product is carefully airtight seal to ensure its safety during transit, while fragile items such as glass bottles are given an extra layer of bubble wrap for added protection. The products are then securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Once packaged, they are handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery to the shipping address provided by you. Bharat Life Care takes full responsibility for any damage to the products during transit.
What Locations Does Bharat Life Care Ship To?
Bharat Life Care delivers across India, covering almost all pin codes. The availability of delivery to specific pin codes may change periodically based on updates from our logistics partners. You can verify if delivery is available to your area by entering your pin code on any product page on our website or during the checkout process.
Can I Track My Order?
After placing your order, it is processed at the relevant warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include the tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your delivery.
Additionally, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our Website using the username and password created during registration. Navigate to the “Your Orders” tab to view the details of your order.
You can monitor the status of your package as soon as it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered?
When placing your order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe based on your shipping address. Since we maintain a ready inventory of all the products listed on our website, you can rest assured that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement. We aim to deliver your order within 2-7 days, depending on the geographic location of your shipping address. However, unforeseen circumstances or delays may occasionally extend the delivery time. While Bharat Life Care strives to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our logistics partners.

As part of our safety protocols, we are accepting online orders for delivery within India. However, we reserve the right to pause deliveries temporarily if deemed necessary.
What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?
Our logistics partner will contact you via phone before attempting delivery to the shipping address
you provided when placing your order. Please ensure you are available to take the call, as after three
failed delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
What Are the Shipping Charges for My Order?
Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the product, packaging size, and other factors. These charges are included in the total bill displayed during checkout on our website. You will be informed of the shipping cost before making the payment.
Please note that Bharat Life Care does not impose any additional shipping charges beyond the invoice amount provided at the time of placing your order.
Delivery Information
If no one is available at the specified address during the initial delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make two additional attempts. You may contact our Customer Service team to request a rescheduled delivery date, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If all three delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
